We are glad to announce that our organization will be represented at the Santa Clara County Democratic Party Central Committee meetings with one vote. Three members of ADBA Executive Board, President, Vice-President and the Chair of Programs Committee have taken the responsibility to represent our organization in these meetings.

This is a good news for our community in general as there will be a steady presence and voice from our community in an important political body that represent over half-million citizens in our county.

According to SCCDP website, “The Santa Clara County Central Committee (SCCDCC) is the official body of the Democratic Party in Santa Clara County. Its members are either elected from State Assembly Districts in the California primary election or are state and national office holders or their representatives. Each chartered club is entitled to one voting member on SCCDCC.”
